As the Licensed Customs Broker at All Borders Inc, she leads with a compliance-first approach, specializing in customs clearance, risk management, and regulatory strategy across highly regulated industries, including pharmaceuticals, aviation parts, furniture, and food & beverage.
Known for her precision and analytical rigor, Monika ensures that client operations remain fully aligned with U.S. import regulations while identifying opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency. Her expertise spans tariff classification (HTS), Participating Government Agency (PGA) requirements, Importer Security Filing (ISF), and bonded warehouse operations-enabling her to navigate complex import scenarios with confidence and accuracy.

Monika is an active member of the National Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association of America, maintaining strong working knowledge of evolving trade policies and enforcement trends. Her ability to stay ahead of regulatory changes allows her to proactively advise clients and mitigate risk in an increasingly complex global trade environment.

She holds a Master of Public Administration from Florida International University and is a distinguished Fulbright Program Scholar. Jonathan leads business development and client outreach., He is the first point of contact with importers and freight forwarders seeking reliable customs clearance solutions. With a strong focus on relationship management, he plays a key role in connecting clients to the firm's expertise while ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Jonathan works closely with Latin American communities, managing multilingual operations in Spanish, English., and French. A graduate of Universidad de las Americas in Puebla, Mexico, he is deeply embedded in the international business community, collaborating with both emerging companies and established organizations as they expand their presence in global trade
